Upper Valley Advance guarantees the quality and reliability of its technology services under the following conditions:
1. Service Commitment
• We are committed to delivering technology solutions that meet the specifications outlined in your work order.
• All services include a free initial consultation or diagnostic to ensure clarity of scope and deliverables.
2. Warranty Period
• All technology services are backed by a 30-day warranty period from the date of delivery.
• During this period, any defects or issues related to and caused by the Service Provider’s work will be resolved at no additional cost to the Client.
3. Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover:
• Third-party software or hardware failure. In the event of such an issue, we will make reasonable attempts to resolve the problem with the vendor or manufacturer.
• Issues arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference.
• Problems caused by hardware or software not provided or recommended by Upper Valley Advance.
• Issues or requests that are outside the scope of the work order or unrelated to the agreed-upon services.
4. Support
After the warranty period, ongoing support services can be provided at standard rates as specified in your work order.
5. Limitation of Liability
Upper Valley Advance’s liability under this guarantee is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
